Return and Exchange Policy
At NJK Online, we strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. However, please note that we do not offer refunds. Below is our return and exchange policy to guide you:
1. Returns
We accept returns for exchanges or store credit only. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags still attached.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Sale or clearance items.
Intimate wear, such as underwear or swimwear, for hygiene reasons.
Customized or personalized orders.
3. Exchanges
You can exchange your item for a different size or color, subject to availability.
Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
4. Process for Returns/Exchanges
Contact us at info@njkonline.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, ship the item back to us (shipping fees are non-refundable).
We will process your exchange or issue store credit within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for an exchange or repair at no additional cost.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items.
For international returns, customs fees and shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
